  On 11/18/10 at aroumd 9:00 -9:30pm i stoped at Churches chicken store#775 in Tulsa Ok. After placing my order at the drive thru window i had to pull around front and wait for my food,not a problem but what i witnessed while waiting was flat out wrong. First a female worker put a ciggeret in her mouth while in the kitchen,then a male worker comes in the kitchenwith a lit ciggerate in his mouth! As if this was not enough another worker who came outside to confirm my order because the person who took my order walked off went back inside to box up my food without washing her hands!   I went to Churches Chicken on Hanley Rd/Waters Ave in Tampa, Fl. The woman at the counter did not even talk to me she ignored me and took my husbands order but not mine. I don't know if she is racist or what . I am a colored hispanic woman and she is white. I felt ignored like I was not good enough to order some chicken.   Hello Customer Service @ Churches Chicken, My name is Marie. I went to Churches Chicken tonight to get something to eat. I ordered a 16 piece meal. It came with 2 sides, ( mashed potatoes, cole slaw) and 6 biscuts. I don't like mashed potatoes, so I asked for 2 cole slaw's. The girl said, (NO) that It would be extra. I asked her what the difference would be? She added the whole thing up and told me the total price instead. I had to ask her again . She told me it would be $ 2.00 extra. So I only get the 1 side order and have to pay $2.00 extra for the 2nd side of cole... More...
